Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tools that were included in the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our service center in Poland using a tracked courier service to ensure safe arrival.
